Help a Cave Creek animal sanctuary become a reality
Volunteers are needed this weekend to assist the
Animal Guardian Network in preparing a property that will be used to help animals in dire need. The Animal Guardian Network is a public outreach organization providing education and assistance to the humane community at large.
The Animal Guardian Sanctuary project is being spearheaded under the guidance of Founder/Director Carrie Singer. Volunteers are greatly needed in this third wave to provide a bit of "elbow grease" in order to get the property up and running - the sooner, the better, to help animals in need.
Volunteers are needed for both Saturday and Sunday for a few hours, a half day or more, whenever schedules permit. After this volunteer weekend, the Network will begin obtaining permits to start building the barn, kennels & pet chapel.
The Sanctuary property is becoming a reality thanks to all of the hard work & dedication of the many volunteers that have rolled up their sleeves and pitched in to date. When complete, the Sanctuary will provide short-term emergency boarding for the rescue community or to victims of natural disasters, provide a venue for assisting animal welfare organizations with adoptions & fund raising, act as headquarters for the operations of the Animal Guardian Network, and serve as a primary location for all programs.
