Idaho Senate Pushes for Dogfighting Ban

A Senate committee has given initial approval to a bill that would make dogfighting a felony in Idaho, and attending a dog fight a misdemeanor. Republican Sen. Brad Little from Emmett introduced the bill on Friday, January 11.

To show your support contact your lawmakers. Let them know that there are people in their respective districts that support the legislation. The following link will show you who to call, write, etc.

I think this crime should be punishable with the highest degree of penalty poosible. That is, a felony offense is slp on the wrist. Better then nothing.
