By Leslie Lao, Best Friends NetworkREMINDER: DONATE UP TO $20 TO THE WORLD SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS BY AUG. 20 AND SHOW SUPPORT FOR LAS VEGAS TRIATHLETES AT the AUG. 30 RACE!Coach and personal trainer Nicole Jolie and her team of Las Vegas triathletes – known as “Nix Tri Chix” – are raising money for the
World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA). WSPA seeks to improve on regions of the world where little, if any, measures exist to protect animals.
The “Nix Tri Chix” triathlon team is asking for all supporters to donate up to $20/person to the WSPA by Aug. 20th before the team competes in the Aug. 30th Lake Las Vegas Triathlon.“Nix Tri Chix” is a team Las Vegas triathlon hopefuls of beginner and intermediate levels. The team welcomes men and women of all ages and athletic abilities to join their 12-week training program. Their next race, the Lake Las Vegas Olympic Distance Triathlon is scheduled for Aug. 30th at Lake Las Vegas. This is “Nix Tri Chix” first official race as a team.
