Inspiring Animals & Religion FREE Webinar Series Continues!

May 28, 2008 : 3:24 AM
Send us a picture of the animals you want to be included in each of these Webinars and we will feature them!

by Kris Haley, Best Friends Manager of Multifaith Outreach

As we promised, the Best Friends Animals & Religion Network Community continues its wildly popular Webinar series, "Prayer Circle of Compassion for the World’s Animals” and “Animal Grief Support Circle.”

These cutting-edge Webinar, hosted by Catholic Deacon Joe Dwyer and Rev. Dr. Mitzi Lynton (who are also co-authors of the Religious Proclamation for Animal Compassion) and Kris Haley, Best Friends Manager of Multifaith Outreach, are open to all who wish to attend; friends and family welcome!

Deacon Joe Dwyer is an ordained Catholic Deacon and Vice Chancellor for Administration for the Diocese of Newark; 7th largest in the nation. He is a board member for Catholic Concern for Animals and frequently speaks on Compassionate Stewardship when he is not delivering animal-centric homilies. Rev. Dr. Mitzi Lynton is an ordained minister with significant pastoral care and grief experience.

We would also like to invite, into each of these webinars, your companion animals, past and present as well as any of the world’s animals for whom you wish to have Deacon Joe or Dr. Mitzi to offer prayer support. And to encourage the inclusion of the animals close to your heart, we invite you to send us their photos, which we will include in the Webinar!!!

We hope you will consider joining us for this exciting new concept-Webinars which feature both personal and global prayer for animals, conducted in real time. We will also have time at the conclusion of each for you to ask any questions you may.

If you've been unable to join in on one of these Webinars to date, but have always thought you might want to do so ... please do this kindness for yourself.

These Webinars are managed and run beautifully using technology that truly brings us all together, in one place, no matter how far apart geographically we are. And the Prayer Circle and Grief Support subjects bring our hearts together, in one place, safely and with out judgment.

Respect, devotion, compassion and genuine, heartfelt sympathy is shared freely and honored by all and (I can personally testify to this) when your heart-burdens are uplifted by many, they are a lot easier to bear.

Make the time for yourself to join us for these cathartic and beautiful Webinars... You deserve it.

Please pray for the Pope and Bishops to speak out for all of God's creatures and to support those who are trying to do so.

Also, a cat in NJ needs a good home. His 'owner' does not care and leaves him outside. No responses for someone to take him yet. The person caring for him has been trying to help him, but can not keep him.
